Allen Bradley 1756-IB16S

The Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation 1756-IB16S I/O module is a digital safety module that is designed for the Allen-Bradley ControlLogix line of products. The 1756-IB16S digital safety I/O module can be used in Logix 5000 control systems, but the only kind of chassis that it is compatible with is the Allen-Bradley 1756 ControlLogix Chassis from Series C. Allen-Bradley GuardLogix controllers can also use the 1756-IB16S digital safety I/O module to control the devices that are connected to each other in a GuardLogix control system. This I/O module has 16 sinking inputs and it operates with a voltage range of 18 to 32 Volts DC. It supports the Allen-Bradley 1756 Backplane communication protocol.
