- The Allen-Bradley 1794-L34 is a FlexLogix controller that is compatible for use with the Flex I/O modular system. This controller is ideal for small and simple applications however, supports installation in a wide variety of industrial applications such as factory and process automation.
- The 1794-L34 features an embedded serial communication interface that supports ASCII and DF1 protocol. ASCII is typically used for communicating with barcode readers while DF1 may be used to used with operator terminals such as PanelView Graphic Terminals as well as Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems. It may be installed with communication adapters such has the 1788 communication adapters to become compatible with Ethernet, DeviceNet and ControlNet communication networks.
