The 2094-BC02-M02-M drive is designed to provide integrated motion capability for motor or drive applications. The drive can easily transition from safe torque off mode to safe speed monitor mode and from the SERCOS interface to the EtherNet/IP networks. It is compatible with the Kinetix 6000 servo drive, allowing easy migration whenever needed. The 2094-BC02-M02-M’s embedded safety feature removes the need for additional panel space and wiring from an external safety monitor. The safe speed monitor mode allows for maintenance work without the need to stop the machine. The 2094-BC02-M02-M drive’s modular design and embedded safety features provide easy maintenance and greater flexibility. It also simplifies wiring, reduces spare parts inventory, and it can be modified with advancing technology. It reduces downtime and energy and production waste and improves operating efficiency with its Safe Speed feature. Other safety features include Safe Maximum Speed, Safe Maximum Acceleration Monitoring, Safe Direction Monitoring, Zero Speed Monitoring, Enabling Switch Control, and Door Monitoring and Control. The 2094-BC02-M02-M has enhanced diagnostic features which indicate the fault by displaying error messages.
