20AD052A3AYNADC0 is a PowerFlex 70 AC Drive manufactured by Allen-Bradley. Its power specifications are 480 Volts, 3-phase, 50 Hertz, 52 Amps (Continuous), 30 kilowatts, and 40 Horsepower. It has an E Frame and an IP20 enclosure designed for flexible and easy installation and for use in different environments. This drive is equipped with advanced motor speed and torque control features that increase the production and uptime for varied applications from fans to extruders and load sharing applications. For easy control, monitoring, and metering, the 20AD052A3AYNADC0 PowerFlex 70 drive comes with a full numeric human-machine interface featuring an LCD, a calculator-type keypad, and control keys fitted on its front panel. Other LED status indicators are available on the drive and it features a brake IGBT. It has no internal dynamic brake resistors and no enhanced feedback control.
The 20AD052A3AYNADC0 PowerFlex 70 drive features a DeviceNet Communication slot that offers fast and efficient connectivity for remote configuration and programming via PC and remote HMI. Its robust protective system includes (but is not limited to) a 570 Volts overvoltage trip, a 280 Volts undervoltage trip, an overcurrent trip, a phase-to-phase short circuit trip, a 15 milliseconds power ride-through at a full load, and a microprocessor-powered over-temperature trip. The 20AD052A3AYNADC0 PowerFlex 70 drive also offers ground fault protection during the start-up and operation and its class 10 electronic motor overload protection significantly increases the motor life. Its packaged drives program enable the users to create drive packages that are specifically suited to their needs, thereby making it suitable for users with special needs and OEMs.
