The 20F1AND156AA0NNNNN is a PowerFlex 753 adjustable frequency AC drive. This drive is primarily used to implement Speed and Torque control as well as lower energy consumption and protect the connected from the harmful effect of high level of inrush current generated during start-up and mechanical stress brought by sudden change in motor operation.
The 20F1AND156AA0NNNNN implements control using a variety of control methods such as V/Hz control, Vector control with FORCE™ technology and Sensorless vector control. To drive the connected motor, this adjustable frequency AC drive delivers an output current of 156 Amperes and 125 HP for Normal duty operation; 125 Amperes and 100 HP for heavy duty operation. The drive output frequency varies depending on the on the configured carrier frequency. Specifically, 0-325 Hz at 2 kHz carrier and 0-590 Hz at 4 kHz carrier while the output voltage range is 0-480VAC, 3-Phase. The frequency control implemented by this drive is Speed regulation – with slip compensation using Volts per Hertz (V/Hz) and Sensorless Vector control (SVC) modes at 0.5% of base speed across 40:1 speed range and 40:1 operating range.
The 20F1AND156AA0NNNNN may be configured using an optional Human Interface Module (HIM). Both applications support offline and online configuration as well as remote operation and troubleshooting of the drive. With premiere integration, drive parameters can become part of the user programming which can be changed dynamically using the conditions set in the user logic. This way, drive configuration can be changed automatically without operator or human interference.
The 20F1AND156AA0NNNNN has three potential spots for power supply, communications, auxiliary power supply, and feedback. It is possible for the drive to gain additional I/O capabilities which can be made possible through the use of option cards. The 20F1AND156AA0NNNNN offers the user high-performance functionality and sensorless vector control. These drives also come with the Allen-Bradley FORCE technology. While the drives have no HMI, they do offer dual ports.
