Allen-Bradley 20F1AND186JN0NNNNN drive is an adjustable speed drive with advanced control and protective features. It is coupled with powerful 186-kilowatt rated motors that require regulated starting and stopping. This motor speed controller belongs to the Allen-Bradley PowerFlex 753 series of cost-effective and easy-to-install general-purpose AC drives. It is delivered in an IP 00 rated protective enclosure with built-in I/O and filtering options. To be CE-compliant and to reduce electrical shock hazards, this unit must be installed in a supplementary enclosure. In all types of industrial manufacturing, the 20F1AND186JN0NNNNN drive can deliver better performance and optimize energy use.
Allen-Bradley 20F1AND186JN0NNNNN drive has a voltage rating of 480 Volts AC or 650 Volts DC. It has a CM cap connection jumper available, but there is no HMI, and there is no braking equipment. It provides sophisticated speed and torque control by applying FORCE technology control or sensorless vector control, but it also offers the standard Volts per Hertz type of control for simple applications. This drive is programmed to compensate for any load change in real-time, it is an intelligent device and has efficient frequency conversion tools for achieving motor speed with high precision. The 20F1AND186JN0NNNNN drive is a fan-cooled device that requires 856.3 m3/h of airflow. It produces 73dB of sound, which is more than acceptable in standard industrial surroundings. The users can install a CR1220 lithium coin cell battery to backup the real-time clock and save the clock settings for up to 4.5 years with the drive unpowered.
