This Servo Drive is compatible with AC input supply voltages of 195…264V rms, 1-phase with 240VAC nom value, 195…264V rms, 3-phase with 240VAC nominal and 324…528V rms, 3-phase with 480VAC nominal. This servo drive has Continuous output current (rms) of 5.0 A, peak output Current of 12.5 A and output power of 1.0kW - 3.2 kW depending on the input voltage supply.

 

 

The Allen-Bradley 2198-H015-ERS is a Kinetix 5500 Servo Drive. This drive is built on the Integrated Architecture midrange system. The Kinetix 5500 servo drive product family including the 2198-H015-ERS features integrated safety and motion over Ethernet I/P, capable of actuating servo and induction motors, digital feedback used for real-time monitoring and performance assessment of the system.

 

The 2198-H015-ERS is designed to be operated with a variety of input supply voltage ranges such as 195-264V rms, 1-phase with 240VAC nominal voltage, 195-264V rms, 3-phase with 240VAC nominal voltage and 324…528V rms, 3-phase with 480VAC nominal voltage. It has an input current requirement of 5.2A at 324-528Vrms, 3-Phase supply and 3.4 A when supplied with 195-264VAC, 1-Phase voltage. This Servo Drive has a short-circuit current rating of 200,000 A symmetrical.

 

The output characteristics of the 2198-H015-ERS include a PWM Frequency of 4kHz, Velocity Loop maximum frequency of 300 Hz and Current Loop of 1000 Hz. The servo drive’s Continuous output current (rms) of 5.0 A, Continuous output current (0-pk) of 7.1 A, Peak output current (rms of 12.5 A and Peak output current (0-pk) of 17.7 A.
