Allen Bradley 22A-D8P7N104 PowerFlex 4 Drive with 380-480V AC Power
The Allen-Bradley 22A-D8P7N104 PowerFlex4 AC drive regulates the speed of machines and grants users an interface through an LED display and a locally-fixed keypad for easy mode control.
The 22A-D8P7N104 is programmable by a PC through an RS-485 port. Other devices can also connect to the 22A-D8P7N104 through the same communication port. It is a drive in the PowerFlex4 drive series with peculiar output ratings of 3.7 kW (5.0 Horsepower) output power and an 8.7 Amps current. It has an input voltage between 340 to 528 Volts AC a current of 9.0 Amps and an apparent input power rated at 8.6KVA. It offers a circuit protection with a unique 140M-C2E-C16 motor protector, a 100-C16 contactor, and 15 UL Class J (type) fuses.
The 22A-D8P7N104 is a panel mount, IP20, NEMA/UL open-type enclosure drive with a dissipated power of 145W. It has a programmable output frequency between 0 to 240 Hertz and offers an operational efficiency of 97.5%. The 22A-D8P7N104 has a digital control input which is easily switched between source mode (18 to 24 Volts = ON/0 to 6 Volts = OFF), and sink mode (0 to 6 Volts = ON/18 to 24 Volts = OFF).
It also has an analog control input of 4 to 20mA (Analog)/0 to 10 Volts DC (Analog) at 100kVA input impedance. The 22A-D8P7N104 has a programmable output control of form C relay. The 22A-D8P7N104 has protection against an over current at 200% hardware limit for 60 seconds and an over voltage protection at around 575 Volts AC. It has a carrier frequency of 2 to 16 kHz and provides a Class 10 protection with speed-sensitive response protection against a motor overload of 150%. Its dimensions are 5.98 by 3.15 by 5.35 inches and it weighs 2.2 kilograms (4.9 pounds).
