The 2711P-RP8DK CE logic module is manufactured by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation as part of the Panelview Plus CE series of logic modules and terminals. It operates by connecting to a display terminal and by providing the display terminal with processing power, memory, and different communication ports. The 2711P-RP8DK CE logic module can be used in harsh industrial environments because it has a conformal coating that protects it from liquids and from corrosive chemicals.
