API 6D ball valve piston seal
Spring energized seal:
JST FHP series is made of a helical wound spring and a polymer jacket, which is mainly used for piston.
The polymer jacket's material includes virgin PTFE, filled PTFE, UHMW-PE, PEEK,etc.
The helical wound spring's material includes Stainless Steel, Elgiloy,Hast Alloy,etc.
When the pressure is more than 900LBS, an anti-extrusion ring is required.

Advantages:
1. Material compound passed API 6A FF/HH Immersion Testing;
2. High load helical wound spring with small deflection range;
3. With small amount of elastic deformation, suitable for some closed grooves;
4. Rigid spring acts as energizer to resist low-temperature shrinkage;
5. NACE approved energizers available for oil and gas use.
