Procedure For Automatic Multi-Function Production Line
Step 1: the unscrambler will unscramble and lined up the cans first.
Step 2: Z bucket conveyor & multi-head weighter will lift up and weight the granule material before filling.
Step 3: the filling turntable machine will fill the materail into the cans through.
Step 4: the automatic cans seamer will seal cans one by one.
Step 5: the capping machine will press the plastic cap on the cans.
Step 6: the labeling machine will stick the label on the can body.
Step 7: the unscrambler will collect all the cans at the end.
