This Automatic Linear Servo Driven Piston Filling Machine is volumetric filling
machine which is suitable for filling varies viscosity fluid. The machine is
made by in-line structure , filling head quantity can be custom-made according
to request like 6/8/10/12/16 heads.
The filling system is driven by servo motor which assure high filling accuracy.
It is controlled by the PLC, human interface and easy operation.
It is widely used in the cosmetic, foodstuff, specialty chemical,
pharmaceutical, and personal care industries.

No bottle no fill.
Can control different filling speed on one dose.
Filling system is controlled by servo motor, it assure high filling accuracy.
Diving filling head is available according to different product(For option).
Air blow off filling nozzle is available for sticky product to avoid tail
stringing on nozzle.
Product receive tray is available in case any leakage from filling nozzle(For
option).
Can save up to 20 groups parameter on the PLC, convenient for operation.
No tooling needed to change over different size bottles.
Quick-install connecting parts , it is easy to disassemble and clear machine.
