TECHNOLOGY

	Italy Design Team we invited Italy professional engineer to develop new moulding each year. More than 10 years design experience can supply more accurate design which is developed according to the customer’s requests and specifications, focusing on the targets and providing functional solutions.
	3D latex mandrel technology we added new 3D latex mandrel technology. 3D latex mandrel technology than traditional EPS or airbag technology can make frames more smooth without wrinkle inner wall.
	Carbon Fiber Material Premium Japan Toray T700/T800 carbon fiber is used in our carbon bike frame.  Combining with stable resin system to make consistent quality and light weight frame.
	Lab Test All tour de cycling carbon frame are rigorously tested under international standard ISO4210/EN15194.We will also be sent sample to the 3rd External Organization for SGS testing upon customer’s requirement. All new frames will be tested at least 10% more strictly during the development phase on the basis of EN15194 or ISO4210, thus it can ensure the safety of all products.
	2-Year Warranty We have very strict mass production management system, IQC, PQC, OQC and Lab Testing process. We insist on making high quality. 1.Whether we can ride an electric bike on the roads?

Electric bikes can be used as long as it meets Electric Assisted Pedal Assist (EAPC) rules set by the DLVA. Electric bikes do not meet their requirements are classified as a motorised vehicle and must be taxed and insured in order to be used on the public highway.

2. Whether there is a speed limit on electric bikes?

They should be restricted to 15.5mph (25kph). For most people, 15.5mph is plenty fast enough, but others are fed up with the power cutting out when they hit the speed limit.

3.How long does electric bikes last?

Electric bikes usually can last around 10 years.

4.How fast can an ebike go uphill?

About 18mph to 25mph

5.What size motor is best in an electric bike?

City E-bike: 250 W / 40 Nm minimum.

Cruiser/Cargo E-bike: 350 W / 50 Nm minimum.

Mountain E-bike: 450 W / 60 Nm minimum.

Speed E-bike: 500 W / 65 Nm minimum.

6.Should we need to charge electric bike after every ride?

We suggest charging after every ride.It will help your electric bike is still keep ready for your next outing or traveling.
