Product Description
A concrete mixer truck is a specialized vehicle primarily used for transporting ready-mix concrete. Its core function is to prevent the concrete from solidifying and maintain its uniformity by rotating the mixing drum during transportation. The Beiben 6×4 8CBM mixer truck is a concrete mixer based on a 6×4 drive configuration, with an effective drum capacity of 8 cubic meters, making it suitable for medium to large-scale construction projects requiring concrete transportation.

The Beiben 6×4 concrete mixer truck is equipped with a WEICHAI WP10.340E32 engine, delivering a maximum power of 340 horsepower and complying with Euro 3 emission standards, featuring low fuel consumption and low emissions. The vehicle's overall dimensions are 8840×2500×3840 mm, with a wheelbase of 3450+1450 mm. It has a curb weight of 10,500 kg, a rated load capacity of 14,500 kg, and a maximum climbing gradient of 40%, enabling it to adapt to various complex terrains and construction conditions.
The mixing drum is the core component of this Beiben cement mixer truck, with a geometric volume of 13.1 cubic meters and an effective volume of 8 cubic meters, achieving a filling rate of 64.5%. The drum is constructed from high-strength steel with a tilt angle of 15°, allowing for rapid filling and discharging. The interior of the drum is designed with spiral blades to ensure uniform mixing of the concrete during transportation.

Working Principle
The working principle of the Beiben 6×4 8CBM mixer truck mainly includes the following steps:
1. Loading
After the vehicle arrives at the mixing station, the drum rotates at a certain speed, and the concrete enters the drum through the loading port. During the loading process, the drum rotates at a slower speed to ensure even filling of the concrete.
2. Transportation
During transportation, the drum rotates at a constant speed to prevent the concrete from solidifying and to maintain its uniformity. The hydraulic system drives the rotation of the drum, ensuring the quality of the concrete.
3. Discharging
Upon arrival at the construction site, the drum reverses, and the concrete is discharged through the unloading port. The discharging speed is ≥2 cubic meters per minute, ensuring efficient construction.
4. Cleaning
After discharging, the drum is cleaned using water from the tank to prevent any residual concrete.
