The Beiben foam firefighting truck is built on the Beiben NG80 chassis, equipped with a WP10.340E32 engine that delivers a maximum power of 250 kW and a maximum torque of 1250 N·m, providing strong and eco-friendly performance that meets Euro III emission standards. The chassis features a 6x4 drive configuration and a 12JS160T manual transmission with 12 forward gears and 2 reverse gears, ensuring smooth shifting and easy operation. It also includes a dual-circuit pneumatic braking system and a spring-loaded parking brake system, guaranteeing safety during high-speed driving and emergency braking.
The tank body of the Beiben 6×4 foam fire engine is one of the core components of its upper structure, constructed from high-quality carbon steel plates with a sturdy and well-sealed design. The water tank has a capacity of 10,000 liters, storing a large amount of firefighting water to meet the demands of prolonged operations. The foam tank, with a capacity of 2,000 liters, stores foam to support efficient foam firefighting.
The Beiben 12CBM foam firefighting truck is equipped with a CB20.10/30.60 medium-low pressure fire pump, offering a low-pressure flow rate of 60 liters per second and a medium-pressure flow rate of 30 liters per second, catering to various firefighting scenarios. The fire pump is rear-mounted and features a piston-type priming pump with an effective suction head of ≥7 meters and a priming time of ≤35 seconds, ensuring efficient firefighting operations. The vehicle also includes a PL48 fire monitor, supporting dual-mode foam and water firefighting. The water range is ≥65 meters, and the foam range is ≥60 meters, covering large fire areas effectively. With a foam mixing ratio of 6%, it can efficiently extinguish oil and chemical fires.
