128276-01E 131151-01 is a Half-Height Future Expansion Faceplate developed by Bently Nevada. It is a part of the Bently Nevada 3500 series. The GE / Bently Nevada 3500/42 Series Proximitor /Seismic Monitor Modules have four channels and accept input from Proximitor and Seismic Transducers to drive alarms.
Function
The 3500 Rack Configuration Software can be used to program the monitor to perform any of the following functions: radial vibration, thrust position, eccentricity, differential expansion, acceleration, and velocity. The monitor can receive input from a variety of transducers, including the Bently Nevada transducers: proximity, acceleration, and velocity.
Application
The 3500/42 monitor's primary purpose is to provide
Machinery protection by continuously comparing current machine vibration to configured alarm setpoints to drive alarms
Essential machine vibration information to both operator and maintenance personnel.
The 3500 Rack Configuration Software is used to configure alarm setpoints. Alarm setpoints can be set for each active proportional value, and danger setpoints for two of the active proportional values.

128276-01E 131151-01 Handling and Storing Considerations
When exposed to electrostatic charges, circuit boards contain devices that can be damaged. The warranty will be voided if the board is damaged due to obvious mishandling. To avoid damage, take the following precautions in the following order:
Avoid releasing static electricity onto the circuit board. Avoid using tools or procedures that could cause static damage to the circuit board. Ungrounded soldering irons, non-conductive plastics, and similar materials are among the possible causes.
Before handling or maintaining a printed circuit board, personnel must be grounded with a suitable grounding strap (such as 3M Velostat No. 2060).
Circuit boards should be transported and stored in electrically conductive bags or foil.
Be extra cautious in dry weather. Less than 30% relative humidity tends to multiply the accumulation of static charges on any surface.
