The 3300 XL NSv Transducer System is designed for applications where normal Bently Nevada 3300 and 3300 XL 5 and 8 mm Transducer Systems are limited by counterbore, side view, or rearview constraints. It's also great for detecting radial vibration on shafts less than 51 mm (2 in) in diameter or axial position on flat targets less than 15 mm in diameter (0.6 in). On fluid-film bearing machines, it is generally employed in the following applications.

-Measurements of radial vibration and radial position

-Measurements of axial position

-Measurements with a tachometer and at zero speed
