Quartz is available in countless different colours and patterns. Quartz countertops are man-made stone surfaces. Just like granite, quartz countertops are made from a slab. Once the natural and man-made materials are blended, the mixture is poured into a mold. During a process that uses a vacuum and vibrations, the slabs are pressed down to a thickness of 2-3 centimeters. The slabs are then baked in the oven at a high temperature, polished until they gleam, and cut into the desired shape and size. 

Although quartz is non porous and resists stains, liquid spills should be wiped up promptly. Coffee, oil, wine, vinegar,  juice and other liquids should not be allowed to sit on a quartz countertop for long periods of time.  Spills will be easily wiped out, even if they are let dry for minutes.This attributes to the fact that quartz is a non-porous material.

About the Quality

1. Thickness: Quality allowed +-0.5mm. In production, we will measure the thickness three times to make sure it is qualified.
2. Size: We will make the slab 20mm longer and wider to make up the lack of corner problem that possiblely happen.
3. Production line QC will inspect the slab surface meter by meter to make sure the there are no bubble and other quality problem.
4. General QC will inspect the quality again, to make sure the whole quality is good.
5. We supply two years's quality warranty, if you found any quality problem within two years after you received the slabs, you can contact with our saler.
