2. Mixes 5-10% nanometer aluminium powder in the AIN powder, can reduces the agglutination temperature, enhances the sintered body density and the thermal conductivery.
3.Metals and nonmetallic surface conduction coating processing: under anaerobic conditions, is lower than the powder body melting point coating, this technique can be used to the production of microelectronic devices.
4.Electric conduction films, preparation polishing paste and so on.

spherical aluminum powder should be sealed and stored in a dry and cool environment.
