BIO Mass Degradable Plastic sheet extruder

This Machine line is for PLA and other BIO mass Degradable plastic materials to make polymer sheets;

The machine line includs:

1) main extrusion machine with water cooling tank for barrels, vacuum system for barrels, melt pump and sheet extrusion "T" shape hangers type mold;

Equipped melt pumping system for contant pressure output for extruding the sheets.

2) Three roller calender；（to press the sheet shape firts) it equipped temperature controlling system and water or oil cooling system to control the machine working temperature;

3)Sheet size trimming device （cutting sheets' two side edges and meet the sheet width's size you requested.), the device is on the setter (cooling machine)

4) Sheet wrapping machine, the device to collect the sheet and make it to rolls.
