In the same tube, the laboratory technician can complete such operations as taking blood samples, rapidly separating serum and transferring samples.
[Coagulation promoting principle] Activate some coagulation factors in plasma and platelets, promote the formation process of thrombin and fibrin clot, accelerate the contraction of blood clot, and achieve the purpose of rapid separation of serum.
[Usage and Dosage ]
This product can be sprayed by machine or added manually. During the adding process, continuous stirring is required to keep the suspension uniform and fully ensure the consistency of all effective ingredients.
2. Mechanical stirring, electromagnetic stirring, pneumatic stirring and other methods can be adopted to keep the suspension uniform; Stirring speed shall be adjusted according to the actual situation;
3. After adding, it is necessary to dry the coagulant(not required for non-organic solvent coagulant). The drying temperature of hot air can be 40-80℃, and the time can be 7-120s; the drying temperature of drying oven or drying room is about 40℃, and the time shall be subject to thorough drying;
4. This product can promote the coagulation of 2-5ml blood rapidly by adding 20-30ul at 20-25℃. When the ambient temperature is less than 20℃, or the blood collection volume is more than 5ml, the amount of coagulant should be increased appropriately. If irradiation sterilization is required, it is recommended to increase the added dose of coagulant by about 20%.
