Preperation Method: dispersed carbon nanotubes into network, using the principle of electrostatic adsorption self-assembly, metal/metal oxide nanoparticles is adsorbed on the surface of carbon nanotubes, through the methods of drying, breaking, made into composite powders.

1. Don't need to be dispersed again, can be directly used.
2. Added the composite material to the plastic, rubber, epoxy resin to avoid islanding effects, also better reflect the thermal conductivity and electric conductivity of carbon nanotubes.
3. the coordination effect with metal nanoparticles, can increase the resistance to electromagnetic effect.
4. the material can increase interface binding force with inorganic materials combination such as metals.
