Application:
Four side sealing welding tip and PA bag machine is widely used to produce dunnage bag for ocean transportation, shippment, loading and others to guarantee machines or goods to be intact. Dunnage air bags made in our machine do well in buffering and absorbing shock, which is an ideal air pillow to protect goods.

Structure and its function
The inner bag is a plastic bag made of low-density polyethylene LDPE, and the outer bag is a composite material of kraft paper and plastic woven bag. It is assembled with air valve, which is tough and firm, airtight, waterproof and penetrating. It can fully fillthe gap between the goods,support the weight caused by goods-shaking, absorbs the vibration, and effectively prevents the collapse and movement of the cargo during transportation.
