Nano-vanadium nitride and ultra-fine vanadium nitride powder are prepared by variable current laser ion beam gas phase method. The product has uniform particle size distribution and large mass production. It can be applied to cemented carbide in large quantities. It has high surface activity and can be well dispersed. In the alloy material, it acts as a dispersion strengthening effect of the alloy. Vanadium nitride, alias vanadium-nitrogen alloy is a new type of alloy additive that can replace ferrovanadium for the production of microalloyed steel. The addition of vanadium nitride to steel improves the overall mechanical properties of steel such as strength, toughness, ductility and thermal fatigue resistance, and provides good weldability of steel. When the same strength is reached, the addition of vanadium nitride saves 30-40% of the vanadium addition, thereby reducing the cost.
Application of Vanadium nitride nanoparticle:
1 Vanadium nitrogen alloy can be used in structural steel, tool steel, pipe steel, steel and cast iron. Vanadium-nitrogen alloy can be used in high-strength low-alloy steel to simultaneously perform effective vanadium and nitrogen microalloying, promote the precipitation of carbon, vanadium and nitrogen compounds in steel, and effectively exert sedimentation strengthening and grain refinement;
2 Vanadium nitride (VN) has very high thermal, chemical stability and strong mechanical properties for cutting tools, abrasive tools and structural materials; it is also a good catalyst with high catalytic activity, high selectivity and good Stability and anti-poisoning properties. Fine-grained VN can effectively improve the catalytic activity and improve the toughness of structural materials.
Storage conditions:
Vanadium nitride nanoparticle should be sealed and stored in a dry and cool environment. It should not be exposed to the air for a long time, to prevent agglomeration due to moisture, affecting the dispersion performance and use effect, and should avoid heavy pressure, do not contact with oxidant, and transport according to ordinary goods.
