Bridge cutting machine is composed of side beams, cross bridges, worktable and lifting systems. Rely on inverters control, the motor drives the cross bridge to slip on the side beams, and the side beams are embedded with gear tracks and positioning tracks to reduce running errors of bridge, thereby ensuring cutting accuracy. The cross bridge is an important part of the whole machine. Its rigidity and wear resistance are what we must consider. Therefore, we choose pig iron for casting. The entire cross bridge is integrated, without welding. This process perfectly guarantees the wear resistance and hardness , greatly increase the service life of the machine.

The cutting spindle of this series of stone cutting machines is completely different from the Bridge Cutting Machine. Its cutting spindle is integrated with the motor and is not transmitted through belts. The rotation efficiency is higher than that of the Bridge Cutter, the cutting force is stronger, and the cutting speed is better than Bridge Cutting Machine. This design can realize the 0-45° inclination of the main shaft and complete the chamferable cutting of the edge of the slabs, with high efficiency and high cutting precision.
