The mechanism shafts of traditional double mechanisms speed gate turnstile are installed at the left & right sides of the cabinet, separating with the cabinet, which not only occupy the space, to a certain extent, they also affect the appearance.

By contrast, the coaxial double mechanism speed gate turnstile CPW-622CS combines two mechanism shafts into one. All parts of the double mechanisms are placed in a central shaft. The central shaft not only carries the mechanism parts, but also supports the whole machine. This design reduces the volume of the cabinet and makes the sheet metal skeleton of the whole machine very small, so as to achieve athin design, which saves space and increase aesthetics.

Core logic algorithm

The speed gate turnstile adopts advanced servo control system and DSP+ARM motor control technology, combined with CMOLO's original motor control algorithm, to achieve precise control and positioning of the obstacle and maintain stable performance.

The turnstile adopts CMOLO® patented passing detection algorithm and matrix photoelectric stereo detection technology, which can sensitively detect illegal intrusions such as reverse passing and tailgating, and can issue warnings in the form of sound and light, and can be linked with other security systems.

The lossless modular mechanism structure independently developed by CMOLO and the full CNC processing technology ensure the precision, strength, concentricity of the mechanism, and the transmission ratio are accurate, efficient and stable, which can precisely control the rotation angle of the gate and reduce the loss to ensure the reliability of the mechanism, and enhance the service life of the mechanism.

All-around Pedestrian Safety Protection

Triple anti-clamping

With triple anti-clamping technologies such as infrared anti-clamping, mechanical anti-clamping and anti-collision by advanced electric current detection, speed gate turnstile can protect pedestrian safety more comprehensively.

Over-force feedback control

When the gate is momentarily subjected to an impact force beyond the safe range, the gate can be slowly pushed for a certain distance to buffer the impact force on the mechanism and the reverse impact force on pedestrians.

Anti-electric shock

All electric modules are designed to operate under the safety voltage of 24V, and configured with residual current protective device to prevent pedestrian from being injured by electric shocks.

Turnstile opens when power failure

With the independently developed advanced mechanical structure, the system will automatically unlock the gate when the power is off, and the gate can be manually pushed to open, which is convenient for pedestrian evacuation.

Emergency open

The turnstile equips with emergency escape control device, to make the system automatically open the gate to evacuate pedestrian.
