OPERATION:
The hybrid (combined) WPC meter uses a turbine meter on the main line and a proportional meter on the low flow line. The valve change controls the flow of water through a suitable measuring device. All water passes through the low flow meter before opening the valve. As the pressure increases, the valve opens, allowing water to flow through two meters. The movement of the measuring element is transferred to the driving magnet, which transfers the movement to the drive magnet in the sealed register. The magnet is connected to the gear system and converts the rotation into the volume manifold which is shown on the registration surface.
CONSTRUCTION:
The WPC (combination) meters consist of a main housing, a turbine measuring element, a switching valve housing, a main box cover, a multi-jet counter and magnetic recording units.
WPC Compound (Combination) Multimeters with magnetic register, dry register type for commercial and industrial applications, have dimensions from Dn50 to Dn200 (only Dn80 and Dn100) designed to meet the international standard ISO 4064 Standard.
CHARACTERISTICS:
All materials in contact with water, consciously selected by known corrosion resistance;
Iron body with internal and external epoxy coating protecting against corrosion;
Register of the OBOTU indicator of the main counter for the most comfortable reading position;
Copper can register a super dry main meter with IP68 protection;
The removable and removable measuring mechanism of the main meter can be easily removed from the body for inspection, maintenance and replacement, there is no need to dismantle the body of the tube;
