Compressed Natural Gas(CNG)standard station compressor
Product Uses and features:
The natural gas is piped in, pressurized by a standard station compressor, and then pumped directly to CNG vehicles or stored in fixed gas cylinder groups (Wells). Process system of gas filling station: pressure regulating metering device, desulfurization and dehydration device, natural gas compressor, CNG gas storage facility, sequence control device, CNG gas filling facility, on-site safety and explosion protection device of gas filling facility, electrical control device, CNG pipeline and components, etc. And has the following characteristics:
1.For the overall skid-mounted type, installation and maintenance is convenient.
2.The compressor is symmetrical and balanced, with stable operation and small vibration.
3. Low rotation speed, long service life of wearing parts and low operating noise.
4.The oil is supplied by the pressure lubrication system to ensure the reliable operation of the compressor.
5.The unit adopts advanced PLC control system, high degree of automation.
6. PEEK air valve is adopted for long service life and low noise.
