Function introduction:

Using the high and low pressure three-line gas charging method, the gas trailer is used as the low pressure to directly charge the after-sales machine. The gas storage cylinder group is grouped according to the pressure, and is divided into high, medium and two groups. The volume ratio of the gas storage cylinder is 1:3. Through the PLC control system to realize the car gas. Because the compressor can be started frequently, the gas storage cylinder group can only be used as auxiliary equipment, so it can be equipped with small volume of gas storage equipment. In this case, the compressor can repressurize the high-pressure gas in the gas storage equipment and directly charge it into the vehicle gas cylinder. The effective utilization rate of gas storage equipment can reach more than 96%. Since the priority control system is integrated in the compressor, it is unnecessary to set up another priority control panel during the construction of the station, so the construction is simple.
The modular integrated natural gas hydraulic compressor equipment, using double pump double motor compression system, not only single pump single motor used alone, but also double pump double motor operation. When the number of refueling vehicles is small, single pump single motor operation, more gas refueling vehicles, double pump double motor automatic start. Through PLC intelligent control, not only can meet the vehicle at any time to add gas requirements, avoid mechanical compressor "big horse car" energy waste phenomenon, and can make full use of tank car energy, adjust the automatic start and stop of compressor equipment, so energy saving effect is obvious. The compression cylinder arranged vertically completely avoids the partial wear damage of seals caused by the dead weight of the living foundation, which greatly extends the service life of the compressor and reduces the maintenance cost.
