CAFU Machinery's conventional fixed belt conveyor currently supplies the following types: TD75,DTlI,DTlI(A) and so on.
They are widely used for conveying all kinds of bulk materials with the bulk density of 0.5~2.7t/m3, and the applicable ambient temperature is -20~+40℃.
Generally speaking, when the material temperature does not exceed 70℃, there is no need to choose a special conveyor belt.
When the material temperature exceeds 120℃, it is not suitable to choose the belt conveyor.
When conveying materials containing acid and alkali or oil substances, it is necessary to use oil-resistant or acid- and alkali-resistant special rubber belts and take appropriate protective measures.
