This device is for testing the resistance to torque of cord anchorages at electrical appliances provided with non detachable flexible cords with a diameter up to 10 mm and torques up to 0,425N.m
according to IEC60884 1 clause 23.2(table 18),VDE0620 clause23.2(table18),IEC60335 1 table12 clause 25.15.

1 hollow shaft, with drill chuck, rope wheel and crank handle,
1 idler pulley, radius 0,05 m,
1 set of load weights 2 N-3 N-5 N-7 N-8,5 N to produce the torques 0,1 N.m-0,15 N.m-0,25 N.m-0,35 N.m-0,425 N.m
