A: Before we receive the first order, please afford the sample cost and express fee. We will return the sample cost back to you within your first order
C) Q: What is sample time and production time
A: Samples lead time is within 7-15 days. Production lead time is 25-35 days
D) Q: Can i customize the products
A: Yes,we can manufacture the products as your requirements,even we have in-house and international designers,chemists to do developing & designing
E) Q: What is your payment terms
A: T/T is preferred - 30% deposit before production, 70% balance against a copy of the Bill of Lading
