1. When can I get the price? 
We usually quote within 12 hours after getting your inquiry. If it is urgent please call us or send your email address so we can handle your inquiry priority.

2. How long can I expect to get the samples? What about the lead time for mass production?
The samples will be ready in 2-3 days once we get your final file. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-7 days. Regarding mass production order, it depends on the order quantity and your requirements of the order.

Yes, we have a professional team having rich experience in design our products. You can tell us the ideas, we will help to carry out your idea to reality. 

4. Could I use my LOGO or design on the products?
Yes, customized logo and design in sampling and mass production are available.

5. How can I confirm the quality of the products that I want?
We will make samples and send to you to confirm first; welcome to visit our factory and QC the products.

6.Can I get a FREE sample ?
A.Yes,we can offer a digital free sample..for custom printed sample,we will charge USD 100 and it will be returned to your mass production order if the order is big enough.
