Work Flow
1. Sending us inquiry, letting us know your requirements as detailed as possible incluing box/bag structure, size, printing and approximate quantity for initial order.
2. You will get the first reply in 24-48 hours. We will tell you if we still need any information from you or we can quote by return directly.
3. Together with quotation, we may also give other proposals and suggestions for ensuring the project can be approached in an easier way. For example, we will give alternative options when there is gap between the result expected and money budget.
4. After we both reach an agreement on product details, price and other business terms, we will send Proforma Invoice to you to settle deposit or full payment. Payment methods accepted include bank wire transfer, PayPal, Western Union, Trade Assurance order in Alibaba and L/C.
5. Print proof will be sent to you for approval once we receive order deposit or full payment before any printing job started.
6. Production will be launched as soon as we get your approval. Usually it takes 10-25 days to complete the job.
7. Product pictures and packing pictures will be sent to you for reference before shipment. We will arrange shipment, or coordinate with your indicated forwarder for shipment when balance payment received.
8. We will keep tracking with the shipping status until our customers receive the goods. We will also follow up if any after-sales service is needed.
