Quartz has become an increasingly popular option for countertops over the years
due to its durability and overall natural aesthetics.Highly customizable and
easy to fabricate, engineered stone can be cut and milled just like any stone
used for countertops. It can also be manufactured to imitate different types of
natural stone like granite.
Quartz countertop is a non-porous surface,
so you will never have to apply sealer to any Quartz surface. For routine cleaning use a damp cloth or
paper towel. Clean up spills before
they dry to prevent hard water stains or rings.
Never use harsh or abrasive chemicals on quartz, this includes bleach,
ammonia, and window cleaners with high pH levels. If you do get any of these
chemicals on your quartz countertops, be sure to clean them up quickly to avoid
staining. Quick cleanup of any spill is a good rule to follow in general.
