The polished mirror stainless steel sheet is firstly polished by abrasives,and then brightly polished. The overall mirror effect is achieved,but the polished lines are still retained when you look closely. Grained or non-directional fine stainless steel,with long or short lines,generally very smooth,able to hide minor vibration finish.Variations in lines length and density can produce dramatic differences in appearance.
Mechanical Vibration Metal refers to the movement of the stainless steel sheet in the direction of front,back,left and right through the cooperation of the grinding wheel and the stainless steel sheet under the high-speed running grinding wheel (the lower edge of the grinding head is wrapped with drawing cloth)(generally,the stainless steel plate moves forward and backward,and the grinding head moves left and right.Circular motion),so that the surface of the stainless steel sheet obtains an approximately irregular circle-shaped wire drawing texture.
Mechanical Stainless Vibration finish grain has the characteristics of low cost and uniform grain,and most of the stainless steel vibration grain sheets adopt this process.Manual vibration grain has the characteristics of high production cost,large grain arc,wide range of variable effects,and more textured grain.It is generally used for colored stainless steel sheets.
