MX-ZN510 cyanide-free alkaline zinc

Features:
1. Nickel contains 12-15%,
great corrosion resistance, pass neutral salt spray test:over 240h for white rust, over 720h for red
rust.
2. Good heat
resistance, HV350-450 in Vicker's hardness, 750-800℃ in melting point, applicable for
automobile engine.
3. Good soldering, ductility,
flexibility, cohesion, low internal stress and produce no foams.
4. Fine and smooth
crystallization, free to adjust various brightness from super bright, bright to
semi-bright.
5. Get better
corrosion after being processed with trivalent chromium blue passivation,
iridescent passivation, nature color passivation or blocking agent.
6. Use insoluble
nickel anode and zinc-dissolved tank. Easy to manage plating solution.
Applicable for barrel and rack plating.
