AG42-De Mattia Flexing Tester
Application Of De Mattia Flexing Tester
AG42 De Mattia Flexing Tester is used to test the resistance to repeated flexural damage of coated fabrics (Method A: DeMattia) and to provide a reference for improved fabrics.
Test Principle Of De Mattia Flexing Tester
A strip sample formed by folding a rectangular coated fabric twice, is held with the clamps at its both ends. One of the clamps reciprocates in its vertical direction, causing the coated fabric to be repeatedly bent to cause folding on the sample. The folding continues until the predetermined number of cycles or the sample is damaged.
