Water meter application:
These water meter are for record the
total water volumetric flow meter in cubic, liter which pass through the closed
pipe line, like water utilities, municipal water supply, etc.
Six
principles to be followed for the water meter assembly

Are the
shutters operational and fully open? The valves open to the stop and
the wheel turns back by eighth of a turn, the ball valves open completely.

Is a retrofit
mounted in the water meter assembly? If the reinforcement is missing,
it needs to be installed.

Is the check
valve operational? When the water inlet is closed, a test opening
(test drain valve) opens or the water meter outlet is released. Do
not discharge more water.

Is there a
mounting plate (water meter holder)? If the mounting plate is
missing, it should be installed later during repairs.

Is a bypass
pipe installed to ensure water supply during water meter change? If
so, ensure that it is dismantled immediately. A permanently installed
bypass pipeline is not acceptable from a hygienic point of view.

Is the water
meter assembly accessible? If not, you should ask the house manager
to ensure accessibility. If the water meter assembly is accessible,
there is also less risk of damage.
