1. Description:

2. Working Principle:
The cone shaped container rotates slowly and the raw material inside is mixed continuously. The material will make complex impacting motion in the container and achieve uniform mixing.
The raw material is mixed and dried under vacuum state. The drop of steam pressure makes the moisture (solvent) at the surface of raw materials become saturation and will evaporate. The solvent will be discharged through vacuum pump and recovered.
Inner moisture (solvent) of raw material will infiltrate, evaporate and discharge continuously. These three steps are carried out nonstop and drying is finished in a short time.
Let heat source (for example, low pressure steam or conductive oil) pass through the sealed jacket. The heat will be transmitted to the raw material to make materials dried inside the inner jacket of the cone container.
