For the communication mode of 4 PLCs, since each PLC serial port 1 should be connected to SRM6100, it should be noted that the communication parameters must be the same as the SRM6100 settings. Since the system adopts a point-to-multipoint mode, the upper computer is a MODBUS RTU master station, and all four PLC communication protocols are MODBUS RTU slave modes, and different station numbers are assigned to them.

Using the “Validate All” provided by ME5.5, the entire project was verified. After no errors or warnings, the targets were activated separately and the configuration and logic programs were downloaded to the 4 slave PLC devices.
