Since the system adopts a point-to-multipoint mode, the upper computer is a MODBUS RTU master station, and all four PLC communication protocols are MODBUS RTU slave modes, and different station numbers are assigned to them. Using the “Validate All” provided by ME5.5, the entire project was verified. After no errors or warnings, the targets were activated separately and the configuration and logic programs were downloaded to the 4 slave PLC devices.

Master station SCADA is the terminal link realized by the system. The SCADA monitoring software program was developed using CIMPLICITY HMI PE 6.0.
