Machine Features:
1.Dual-Spindle Winding Machine for Solenoid of Starter Motorl is customized for solenoid of magnet switch of starter motor and similar products. The structure is unique and compact. Traverse and winding motion are all driven by YASKAWA servo motors to produce the layer winding, which is required by starter motor winding process. No wire overlapping within 20 layers.
2.The machine can execute the auto actions of winding, traverse ,wire leading, wire cutting .What has to be done by people is only to load and unload the bobbins.
3.By using a 180° indexing mechanism, bobbins loading and unloading can be performed in parallel with the coil winding process. Two bobbins can be winded at the same time.
4.All the key parts are imported from Japan, Italy and US including YASKAWA servo system,SKF bearing ,Unitta Belts,SUNX sensor and CKD/SMC Pneumatic parts.
5.4 spindles are synchronously controlled by YASKAWA FCS (Fieldbus Control System) and kinematics accuracy can be controlled within 0.01mm. The state-of –the-art controller of MECHATROLINK-II is employed to equip the winding machine.
6.Mitsubishi magnetic powder tension and controller are equipped to ensure the constant tension
7.LCD monitor is equipped, which conveniently shows the data for the current operation of the machine such as the rotary direction of the main spindle, number of loops, angles and winding time and etc. Texts are automatically shown when false occurs.
8.Auto-cutting unit. No scrap wire generation to save cost.
