Electric Oven for Restaurant Kitchen INSTALLATION AND USE ENVIRONMENT
• The oven shall be steadily placed
and users shall buy flexible metal pipes connected to the exhaust port, which
is located at the back of oven roof. The other end of the pipe shall be 30CM
out of the room with the pipe mouth placed downward for prevention of rain and
sundries from entering and exhausting the smoke formed during the baking.
• The right side (electric control
box side), topand back of the oven shall be at least 10cm from the other
objects. Fresh air is needed when the oven is operating. It is required to
install an exhaust fan at proper location of the shop so as to keep the air
clean with good ventilation inside the room and avoid poisoning of carbon
monoxide.
• Users shall install an electrical
outlet(10A) with ground wire, the power switch and electric leakage protector
that comply the oven’s power capacity.
• The protection grade for electrical
components that are reachable is Category 1, wires in the two colors yellow and
green are used for grounding, which should be securely connected with the
grounding conductors conforming to relevant national regulations on marking
secure use of electric power.Caution :connecting the grounding wires to any
water supply conduct, gas supply conduit or heating supply conduit are strictly
prohibited, or else, unexpected harmful accidents will probably happen.
• An equal-potential connection
terminal is mounted on the rear of the device, which should be reliably
connected to equal-potential connections on other equipments via copper-core
wire with section area of 2.5mm²~10mm².
• The environmental temperature for
the operation of this baking oven is -10~40℃. The relative humidity should no
more than 85%.
• The power supply should be switched
off immediately in case of any malfunction of the baking oven. Check and repair
should be carried out by qualified professional personnel. Unqualified
curbstone people should not make bold to open the cover of the electrical
cabinet in order to avoid any possible damage.
