Principles and Features
The raw material is added from the
heat exchanger, and the material is distributed into each heat exchange tube
through the liquid distributor, and a uniform liquid film is formed along the
inner wall of the heat exchange tube. The liquid film in the tube is heated by
the heating steam on the shell side in the process of downflow, and boils and
evaporates while flowing down.At the bottom of the heat exchanger, the material becomes
concentrate and secondary steam.The concentrate falls into the lower evaporation chamber and
the secondary vapors enter the gas-liquid separator.The liquid droplets carried by
secondary steam in the gas-liquid separator are removed and the pure secondary
steam is transferred from the separator to the steam compressor.The secondary
steam is compressed by the steam compressor and sent to the shell side of the
heat exchanger as heating steam for evaporator heat source.Realize
continuous evaporation process.
