High phosphorus EN plating chemicals（MX-EN604 ）

MX-EN604 plating with good stability, good salt spray test results, and phosphorus content more than 10.1, plating rate about 8-10um/h.

Middle-high phosphorus for sub-bright EN plating chemicals(MX-EN602 )

Exellent stability of plating solution, it can reach about 10-13MTO under standard operating conditions and the plating rate is about 15-20um/h. The coating is sub-bright and uniform in color, applicable to customers requiring sub-bright coatings.

Middle phosphorus EN plating chemicals for heat sink and cooper-plated part(MX-EN607 )

MX-EN607 has high speed rate about 1um in 3minutes. The coating is white and high bright, and the glossiness can be kept in good consistency during all the MTO. The coating has excellent solderability and no leakage plating of copper-plated part.

Trivalent Chromium Black Passivator for Zinc Plating(MX-Zn-D-31H)

Potassium salt acid zinc plating brightening agent(MX-Zn-SG-01 )

MX-Zn-SG-01 can be adopted in a wide range of electrical density, good filling ability, fast plating rate, which ensures mirror effect and even, smooth plating.Soft plating, low brittleness, fine crystallization. Non-cyanide alkaline zinc plating brightening agent (MX-Zn-JG-01 )

MX-Zn-JG-01 due to the iron anode, it’s no need to take the anode out during downtime. With good filling ability, the thickness variation can be controlled to the minimum limit. The distinctive physical properties allow it to be reprocessed, like, bending, rolling and clamping. Easy to manage in terms of plating solution’ composition, temperature and battery. Stable corrosion resistance can be acquired, if the passivation is carried out by passivation agent with no hexavalent chrome. Applicable to autopart.

Cyanide-free alkaline zinc nickel alloy additive(MX-ZN510)

Nickel contains 12-15%, great corrosion resistance, pass neutral salt spray test：over 240h for white rust, over 720h for red rust. Good heat resistance, HV350-450 in Vicker's hardness, 750-800℃ in melting point, applicable for automobile engine. Good soldering, ductility, flexibility, cohesion, low internal stress and produce no foams. Fine and smooth crystallization, free to adjust various brightness from super bright, bright to semi-bright. Get better corrosion after being processed with trivalent chromium blue passivation, color passivation, nature color passivation or blocking agent. Use insoluble nickel anode and zinc-dissolved tank. Easy to manage plating solution. Applicable for barrel and rack plating.

Zinc-nickel alloy trivalent chromium blue passivation(MX-ZN51L)

MX-ZN51L is the environment-friendly zinc nickel alloy passivation, up to RoHS request, no hexavalent involved. Easy to operate, brightly and evenly blue-colored on zinc nickel alloy plating. After passivation, 8μm zinc nickel alloy plating could reach more than 720 hours in NSS(neutral salt spray ) test. After passivation, and adding environment-friendly water-soluble blocking agent, achieve matt finish of zinc nickel alloy passivation.

Advanced leveling acid copper additive(MX-718)

MX-718 Acid copper additive has fast bright dipping, clear plating. Great plating can be achieved over a low current density range, especially with high content of iron impurities. Widely-applied concentration, especially suitable for plating complex iron-based work pieces. Additive components are hard to decompose, the solution is easy to control and lengthen the time interval of processing cycle. At high temperature, little effect on the brightness of low area. High impurities toleration, when it reaches about 800-1000 ampere hour/L, it will need carbon powder to process.

Barrel nickel plating additive(MX-RN21)

MX-RN21 plating is extremely pure white and good bright. The plating solution has good dispersion, evenly thickness, great coverage over low potential area. Quick bright dipping speed, leveling plating. Low stress, good ductility, after plating it can be formed by bending or stamping. High concentrate and low consumption, high toleration to the impurities, easy maintenance and use.

MX-3100B (Decorative trivalent white chromium plating)
