The A6110 Shaft Relative Vibration Monitor is designed for the AMS 6500 Machinery Health Monitor, offering extremely high reliability for critical rotating machinery in a plant. This 1-slot monitor is used alongside other AMS 6500 monitors to create a comprehensive API 670 machinery protection system, suitable for applications such as steam, gas, compressors, and hydro turbines.
It is compatible with various displacement sensors, including PR6422, PR6423, PR6424, PR6425, as well as driverCON models 011/91, 021/91, and 041/91.
The A6110 features a two-channel, 3U size design, which reduces cabinet space requirements by half compared to traditional four-channel, 6U cards. It is an API 670-compliant, hot-swappable module, providing flexibility in maintenance without disrupting operations. Additionally, it offers remote selectable limit multiplication and trip bypass functionalities for enhanced operational control.
