Endure® is mainly suitable for cleanroom enclosures system under the environment of VHP (Vaporize Hydrogen Peroxide) disinfection, panel disinfection, and new Jieer (Benzalkonium Bromide) cleaning environment in clean room B areas such as biological products and blood products.
Endure® is jointly developed by Wiskind and DuPont™ as a special color steel plate for the pharmaceutical industry. The surface film of the product is composited with a metal plate by a special adhesive agent invented by DuPont™. The surface of the product is composed of 100% fluororesin PVF compared with the paint coating and other film materials.
Endure ® has at least 50 years of weather resistance, excellent mechanical properties, excellent malleability, and corrosion resistance to numerous chemicals, solvents, and colorants. Dense film surface without pinhole, crack and other defects, resistant to contamination, easy to clean, excellent fire performance, and safety and environmental protection.

1. Chemical Resistance
There was no significant change after dropping H2O2 (230%) solution on the surface of Jiehan steel plate for 500 hours.
2. Weather Resistance
Endure® surface film is composed of 100% fluororesin PVF, which is the most stable and weather-resistant material.

Endure® surface does not support bacterial growth, meets US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) standard 21CFR175.210, can be in contact with food, and is EU RoHS certified.
4. Wear Resistance
Endure® surface is abrasion resistant (fallout test) without cracks.
Experimental Data
1. Acid and Alkali Resistance Test.
Acid Resistance - Concentrated sulfuric acid (98%) was dropped on the surface of the sample for 24 hours.
Test Results:
·Bubbles appear on the surface of the PVDF coating, the PVDF film swells, and the bottom steel plate is severely corroded.
·Endure® steel plate protected by PVF film is intact.
2. 30 Days Acid and Alkali Soaking Test.
Test Results:
Soaking in 5% HCI and 5% NaOH solution for 30 days, Blisters appeared on the surface of fluorocarbon paint coated steel plate, and the steel plate was corroded, while Endure® steel plate had no blisters or delamination changes.
3.Hydrogen-resistant water - H2O2 (30%) was dropped on the surface of the sample for 500 hours.
Test Results:
·The H2O2 (30%) solution was dropped on the surface of the Endure steel plate for 500 hours without significant change.
