Q1. Can I have a sample order ?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
But we need to charge the sample cost which would be deducted from your future order.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A: Sample needs 2-3 days, mass production time needs 35days for order quantity more than one container
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit ?
A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship samples by DHL, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive.Sea shipping for orders, what time can be arrive your port depends on which country you are receive the goods.

Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly we make a aggreement on prices and PI would be follow for your confirmation within 2 days.

A: Yes.laser logo is acceptable for you.

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, please send us pictures about the problem, our after sales department would provide you a resonable solution.
Q8. Where is your factory loacted? How can I visit there?
A:Our factory is loacted in Chaozhou. Guangdong province.China. It's about 3 hours by high speed rail from Guangzhou to Chaoshan station and about 30 minutes by Air from Guangzhou to Jieyan shantou airport. Warmly welcome your visit to our factory.
