General Description
Expanding non-rising gate valve: the flow is circulated and cut off by the wedge, whose up-and-down move is driven by the rotating handwheel, but the travle of the stem will not change the valve's height during the whole opertaion. And the sealing is achived by the expanding wedge.

Application
The expanding gate valve is available in trims for all types of oilfield service, including extreme sour gas. It can be used as a main part of equipment such as Chritmas trees, or it can be used separately as needed.
Structure Features
1. The design of full bore effectively reduces pressure drop and vortex, alleviating the flushing of solid particles in the flow to the valve.
2. The valve gate is applied separated structure, to compensate for the sealing gap caused by the temperature change, allowing low torque operation and low wear during the switching process.
3. Wedge and seat are soft-sealed by PTFE, spray-welded by Ni60 or metal-sealed by tungsten carbide, which guarantees good resistance to wear and corrosion.
4. Infuse the valve with sealing grease at regular intervals to enhance the sealing performance of the valve.
5. "V" shape seal plus plastic packing seal of the stem brings good sealing effect and reduces the switching torque to the minimum under the premise of ensuring the best sealing performance.
6. The bearing housing is equipped with a grease valve, through which fill the grease to lubricate the bearing.
